For our clients retention, culture fit, skill set and budget are all priority and reducing risk is essential. This is a tough market to work in. It's not just about skill matching CV's. When you are dealing with supplying key members of the work force there is so much more to it and our role is to really "get" our clients. We have outstanding retention of clients and use psychometric profiling, skills testing, competency based interviews as well as supporting line managers within the business.
