Frankly Recruitment was established in 2009 in the midst of the recession. It is a company born from the passion of its people and the desire to raise the bar in the recruitment industry.

We moved to Commercial Road in 2010 and enjoyed a raised profile with a constant flow of candidates coming through the door and feeling the Frankly difference. With service at the core, our intention is always to exceed expectations. As a job seeker you are promised a friendly welcome. Whilst it would be great to have jobs for all that is impossible but that doesn't mean we won't treat you with respect, suggest other avenues for you to explore or just send you on your way with a smile on your face.

Recognising that SME's (small and medium enterprises) require a very different service from the large corporates we set about offering tools and consultancy that gave them the facilities the large HR departments use in blue chips.

For SME's retention, culture fit, skill set and budget are all priority and reducing risk is essential. This is a tough market to work in. It's not just about skill matching CV's. When you are dealing with supplying one tenth of the whole work force in one candidate there is so much more to it and our role is to really "get" our clients. We have outstanding retention of clients and use psychometric profiling, skills testing, competency based interviews as well as supporting line managers within the business.

Frankly HR and Frankly IT launched late in 2011 in response to the demand of our current client base. Services that are available but don't incur lengthy contracts, monthly costs and are specifically aimed at smaller businesses with all their priorities.

The Frankly HR and IT team work with the same level of passion and commitment as Frankly Recruitment and are staffed with professionals qualified within their industries.
