Thursday 8th March saw little old us being invited to finalist night for the 2011 Wiltshire Business of the Year. At this stage, only two of us were invited so Jo and myself trotted off to find out which categories we have been shortlisted in.

We are absolutely delighted to be finalists in four categories. Small business of the year, a big one for all businesses from £1 to £5 million turnover, there is a lot of competition in this one, a great accolade to even be a finalist. Customer and Staff care, Jo was particularly proud of this one.  It shows how well the team have done and that the culture we hope we deliver is actually happening. Service to the community for all our charity work this year, Guide Dogs, Prospect Hospice and Swindon Pride, and one I am exceptionally beaming about business person of the year.

So, fingers crossed for the 27th April where, at the Four Pillars cocktail party, the winners will be announced. Being a mainly female dominated office (poor Paul!), we are all focused on diets and dresses in the hope we will land up on the stage accepting an award!

Of course all pictures will be published here or on ww.facebook.com/franklyrecruitment
