Our biggest asset by far is the Frankly team. We have over 94 years of experience between just 6 of our consultants! 

Three of the team left Area Manager and Manager roles to join Frankly Recruitment as they saw our ways of working as the future of the industry. Our ways of working are not rigid but our standards are. The environment is upbeat, supportive and ideas are explored – nothing is set in stone. We may be biased but we believe we have the best recruitment team in the South West!

Amanda is obsessed with Frankly and the colour green! She lives and breathes the business and is the person responsible for the marketing and branding as well as filling in the gaps when required. Having been on the board of the REC is a passionate ambassador for service and quality; Amanda loves the recruitment industry.

Jo has boundless energy for all her clients and candidates and 22 years recruitment experience. As the business has grown Jo has taken ownership of both Frankly Recruitment and Frankly Professional and is known in the office as "Queen Green"!

Katie is so professional but bags of fun! With 21 years experience in recruitment gained from two agencies she took her career to branch manager until an opportunity arose to join team Frankly and she hasn't looked back. Katie is also chief motivator of the recruiters.

Chloe joined us with bags of experience within the contractor world. Never shy to ask a question she is driven and tenacious in finding a home for every job seeker. Chloe is ultra professional and loves meeting people at all levels. Chloe specialises in executive recruitment predominantly in HR, Marketing and Finance.

Frances is an ambitious account manager who has held a variety of recruitment roles in house. With a keen desire to progress her career Frances looks after our bigger contracts and ensures all our customers feel the "Frankly Difference"!

Lisa is our money lady! Responsible for looking after our accounts and pay rolling our temporary staff and contractors on a weekly basis. With her Irish wit and her no nonsense approach Lisa is great fun in the office and enjoys the occasional team green social night!

If you call Frankly, Beth will be answering the phone! An intelligent and ambitious apprentice, Beth ensures everyone who visits our office receives a warm welcome and a cup of tea! Whilst studying for her business administration qualification Beth has been identified not only as an ambassador for Frankly but for QA Apprenticeships too!
