Business Support Co-ordinator

Temporary - On going

Full time - Office hours

Salary - £9.93

Known for your exceptional organisational skills and your love of delivering first class support, you'll provide a comprehensive administration service to the Marketing Agency Director's direct reports and their teams as well as to the wider business support team if needed. You'll be confident using a variety of IT packages to create reports, keep accurate records, and write timely and accurate internal/external communications. You'll run a tight ship, and will soon be the go to person for your team.

Other aspects of this role are:

  • You'll be booking travel, accommodation and meeting rooms
  • You'll be taking actions on meetings
  • You'll be helping in managing diaries
  • You'll be raising POs and managing payments to the marketing agency team
  • You'll be helping in arranging volunteers and team away days
  • You'll be helping in running the MI reports
  • You'll be point of contact for finance related queries i.e. chasing unpaid invoices, new suppliers, manual payments, sales invoices, purchase orders, excel expenditure spreadsheet, moving spend from one budget to another
  • You'll be helping in facilitating new starter induction
  • You'll will be acting as a single point of contact between the Whole Trust Marketing, and other customers, such as regional colleagues and functional staff
  • You'll be helping in managing the marketing agency main mail boxes

  • Experienced with administrative duties, including up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Enjoy working as part of a team and flexing your time and focus to support others
  • Experience in where you have had to prioritise your own workload
  • Advanced IT Skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to use digital/social media and other marketing channels
  • Good eye for detail
  • Feel confident in approaching people
  • Be a proactive and enthusiastic team player
