Customer Care Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Customer Care Coordinator to work for our client located within Swindon
Using a dedicated system, you will accurately administer customer care enquires from our Clients in accordance with internal procedure and proactively communicate between our Contract Managers and our Clients, closing out customer care enquires regarding new build homes. Ultimately, your number one priority is to keep our Clients updated every step of the way - just like they do with their own customers, the home owner.
You will be responsible for producing a weekly report for the Regional Directors and Managers and you'll ensure that all progress updates from them are communicated to the Client and recorded accurately within our customer care database.
As well as these duties, you'll be part of our reception telephone overflow and be expected to help answer incoming calls during busy periods and lunch breaks. Occasionally, you'll provide general administrative support to our Production & Production Support departments.
The ideal candidate would have administration experience.
You must be computer literate, be willing to learn, have an excellent telephone/email manner, be methodical and able to prioritise your workload.
