Customer Support Coordinator – Exciting Opportunity for Energetic and Ambitious Individuals – £23 – £27k PA

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to join our client in Swindon. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you will proactively handle queries, process sales orders, and maintain our customer database. Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively deal with all customer queries quickly, accurately, and professionally, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times.

  • Answer inbound calls, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly.

  • Process customer sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed, meeting daily targets and avoiding delays for other departments.

  • Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing team to monitor order status.

  • Check allocation of stock to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding any order or shipment discrepancies.

  • Liaise with our factories as necessary, utilizing appropriate channels.

  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all information is up to date.

  • Perform general office administrative duties as required.

  • Support and assist our customers and dealers both internally and externally.

Experience Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work well with people at all levels, fostering positive relationships.

  • Reliable and committed, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to produce accurate work within defined timescales, demonstrating attention to detail.

  • Professional and confident telephone manner.

  • Empathetic and skilled problem solver, efficiently managing day-to-day queries and enquiries.

  • IT competent with good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word as a minimum requirement.

  • Some office/call center experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
