Job description

Are you looking for a role you can develop and excel in and you have a natural flare for customer service than get in touch!

The Role:

In a nutshell; The customer support advisor will has a responsibility for answering customer enquiries and resolving customer issues.

Sounds simple doesn't it?

You will be liaising with professionals and public so you will need to know how to adapt your style to fit both.

Because you are service obsessed you will want to please your customer. In most cases you can but sometimes this can be out of your hands but you will reassure and be confident when delivering news of a moving goal post! You will show empathy and represent the business professionally.

There will be admin. There's always admin! You will have good IT skills and be able to type acurately and quickly.

The most important thing is your written and spoken English. Communication is key. You will be able to construct a professional email and return calls clearly and with appropriate grammar!
