Job description

European Sales Manager / Executive with language skills in either Spanish, French or German.

This thriving business to business services company already provides support to over 100 of the FTSE 350 organisations and is looking to increase their growth significantly across continental Europe by hiring a European Sales Manager to help achieve this objective and raise their company profile.

As European Sales Manager you will be involved with:

  • Business development of new and existing accounts across Europe, selling a technology solution
  • Dealing with high level decision makers across assigned territory in Europe
  • Attending exhibitions, seminars and congresses in UK and abroad to represent and promote the company
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products
  • Developing new initiatives and recommending product improvements
  • Working closely with marketing team to produce marketing campaigns and target new markets

To be considered for this exciting European Sales Manager role with this growing company, you will need the following experience:

  • Experience of handling complex solution sales and negotiating with senior staff e.g. HR Director, IT Director, Compliance Manager
  • Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to identifying new business opportunities in Europe, coupled with an excellent sales track record of consistently hitting targets
  • A background of having been involved in sales within a regulated environment which deals with risk and compliance would be useful e.g. healthcare, financial services, telecoms, call centres, employee benefits and media would be advantageous but not essential
  • Confident and professional with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Language skills in either Spanish, French or German are also required
