Job description

This client is looking for an enthusiastic go getter who really wants to work within HR. This is a great opportunity within a lively business in Swindon. Bags of potential for the right candidate.

The Role (full job description available on application)

 To be able to understand, prioritise and operate in an "urgent nature" operations environment.

 To maximise purchasing to make best use of budgets.

 To support HR Team with all aspects administration, to include use of entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Word, Visio);

 To provide support for HR Team to include; recruitment, minute taking, new starter documentation, L&D events and HR Systems maintenance;

 To demonstrate an attitude of accountability for all areas of Admin work and activities undertaken.

 To provide cover for the Reception team.
