The Role (full job description available on application)
To be able to understand, prioritise and operate in an "urgent nature" operations environment.
To maximise purchasing to make best use of budgets.
To support HR Team with all aspects administration, to include use of entire MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Word, Visio);
To provide support for HR Team to include; recruitment, minute taking, new starter documentation, L&D events and HR Systems maintenance;
To demonstrate an attitude of accountability for all areas of Admin work and activities undertaken.
To provide cover for the Reception team.
