Pensions and Investments Administrator

  • Permanent - Full time
  • £20,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)

The Financial Service Administrator will have contact with provider companies and clients on a daily basis. Our clients' financial arrangements are reviewed at least annually and our Administrators run a system to ensure each client is invited to an annual meeting and are kept informed as to the value of their portfolio and the costs involved.

They also process applications for new plans and handle withdrawals and other actions on behalf of our clients. They assist in collection of remuneration from clients and providers for our services as well as take any other action required, alongside our Paraplanners and Advisers, in order to ensure the office runs smoothly and our clients' needs are met.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has worked in Financial Services Administration and has an understanding of this industry however training will be provided for a strong administrator.

You will have good communication, attention to detail and written English skills.
