We are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a highly successful Private Client team in Chippenham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on Wills, LPAs (Lasting Power of Attorney), and Probate matters. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing high volumes of work while delivering exceptional client service. Typical Activities: As a Private Client Lawyer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of Private Client work.
• Identifying opportunities for service improvements and innovative solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong, profitable client relationships, crucial for the department’s success.
• Achieving and exceeding fee income targets.
• Demonstrating a commitment to Practice Management Standards mandated by the profession, including regulating bodies such as the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority), Law Society, Lexcel, and IIP (Investors in People).

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a wide range of Private Client work.
• Proficiency in handling a demanding and technical caseload at a rapid pace.
