Located in a central Reading office, the Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the recruitment strategy for a rapidly expanding business - this is a newly created role to support our growth in EMEA.The company are proud to have over 500 employees globally. As they continue to evolve, so do their recruiting needs. This person will act as the main point of contact for the regional leadership teams and help drive the sourcing, hiring and analytics for the region.

Objectives and responsibilities:

  • Source, interview, hire and on-board world-class talent across all EMEA business areas
  • Own recruitment end to end and drive it, rather than just support it
  • Grow network in our applicant tracking system
  • Maintain accurate reporting data to ensure that we are executing against hiring goals
  • Work with the People Management team to standardize recruitment processes and procedures, where possible
  • Identify areas of improvement for productivity gain
  • Drive cross-team recruitment projects from interview training to candidate onboarding
  • Help run events and drive forward their employer brand
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, select and negotiate rates with new partners as necessary

Travel activity of approximately 20 days per annum should be expected, primarily anchored in the EMEA region.
