We have the perfect opportunity for you as a Sales Coordinator! Salary: £24,500 PA Holidays 21 + bank holidays As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a busy Internal Sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of our business, providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels. From processing sales orders to resolving invoice disputes, your role will be vital in delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do:
- Process incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders, ensuring efficient and accurate order management.
- Be the go-to person for all sales support inquiries, providing exceptional customer service through telephone and email correspondence.
- Manage product returns and credits, ensuring compliance with our returns policy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external sales team.
- Build connections with merchants and installers in your designated sales area, fostering unique partnerships.
- Excellent attention to detail

- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
