Service Support Team Out of Hours - Fleet industry

This is an incoming customer service role but so much more. Working for a service provider you will react to urgent situations that occur out of standard hours.
You will prepare invoices, process documents and make courtesy calls to customers to make sure they are receiving excellent customer service.
Customer care skills essential.
Knowledge of the fleet management industry preferable.
Good administration skills including an attention to detail. Must be adept in the use of a PC including use of email, electronic diary management and the internet.
Able to use Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and Outlook as a minimum) to a basic level essential.
A positive, assertive and confident communication style (internally and externally)
Succinct in communication delivery (verbal and written)
Excellent questioning and listening skills with an ability to assimilate accurate information
Able to instantly build and maintain rapport with a range of people at all levels of seniority

Salary: £20-24k dependent on experience (capability).
40hrs a week.
2300-0700 - week starts on Sunday at 2300
Week ends at 0700 on a Friday.
