We have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact as an Accounts Assistant.
- Your main focus will be completing reconciliations of client meetings booked, ensuring accurate and timely production of invoices.
- Working closely with the operational team, you will resolve queries and issues, while also ensuring commission claim accuracy.
- Understanding the company’s commission structures will be crucial, as you strive to achieve maximum revenue and report any exceptions.
- You will also assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to billing processes, and establish strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of accurate invoices.
- Weekly reporting on booking status, investigating and populating missing data, and providing additional reporting and statistics as needed will be part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, be highly organised, and have excellent attention to detail. Effective communication at all levels will be important, along with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
An understanding of VAT and a background in a finance/accounts role is desirable.
