At Frankly Recruitment we use the term "candidate," but we think of you as individuals!

From your first contact with us we want you to feel how much we care about your job search. 

We often use the phrase "The Frankly Difference". It's difficult to describe what it is; it's the welcome, the respect and the professionalism with which we approach our work with you.

Once we receive your CV we will want to make an appointment to virtually meet you. This is an important part of the process. For us to understand your motivations and your personal requirements we need to see the whites of your eyes! Because we want to work conveniently for you we will do this via ZOOM video conferencing which means you can sit in your car, home or anywhere to carry out your registration. A click on a link via your phone, pc or tablet you will be in a meeting. We will make an appointment and send a link for this. If you can't make the time please just let us know.

What will happen

In this virtual meeting you will meet one of our recruitment specialists whose job it is to put you at ease quickly! We will want to know as much as possible about your working life, priorities and of course your career aspirations.

You will be asked to complete our registration form and provide proof of Eligibility to work in the UK. We will need a photograph of your passport or other acceptable document and the completed registration form emailed into us at christie@franklyrecruitment.co.uk

Often we have roles we want to discuss with you. Remember, if its not for you just tell us. We will never push you into a job you don't want; that doesn't make you or our clients happy! If we can't help you we will let you know and can usually recommend another agency. Honesty is a two way process.

We expect to spend around 20 minutes with you but this can be more if we both have lots to say! 

What we need to see:

By law, we must have on record a copy of your proof of eligibility to work in the UK. It is important you bring this with you to your registration as without this we cannot represent you. A current passport, ID Card, or a birth certificate with a photo driving licence are suggested and you can take a photo of the picture page and email into us:
