Customer Account Handler
We are currently seeking a Customer Account Handler to join our client and provide exceptional support in managing ongoing business operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and the clients to ensure seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and timely invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships via phone and email.
- Regularly communicate project progress to key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and maintaining trust.

- Maintain internal Production and Sales systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support to Business Development Managers and Account Managers in handling job specifications and project plans.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using Sales and Production systems to track project progress and manage data.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure project accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
