Swindon, 37.5 hrs per week
23 days hols + Bank Holidays and 1 day for Birthday
Holiday increases 1 day per year after a full Jan to Jan period worked to 27 days
**Please be aware that this is a department relocation from Leicester. You will be required to be in Leicester for training for the first month Monday to Friday. Travel will be part of your working week and travel and hotel all expenses paid.
- Coordinate with customers, colleagues, and departments both internally and externally to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and freight providers to resolve delivery queries, such as late deliveries, damages, and stock enquiries.
- Update databases and software systems to maintain accurate records for insurance claims and KPI reporting.
- Process sales orders, allocate warehouse resources, and create necessary documentation for efficient order fulfilment.
- Liaise with Transport for delivery arrangements and special requirements.
- Enforce and promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting potential hazards.
- Previous experience in customer support or logistics coordination is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software systems.
- Knowledge of SAP and LFS WMS is a plus.
