Customer Support Coordinator – £23 – £25k PA
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to join our client in Swindon. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you will proactively handle queries, process sales orders, and maintain our customer database. Role Responsibilities:
– Proactively deal with all customer queries quickly, accurately, and professionally, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times.
– Answer inbound calls, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly.
– Process customer sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed, meeting daily targets and avoiding delays for other departments.
– Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing team to monitor order status.
– Check allocation of stock to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
– Maintain clear communication with customers regarding any order or shipment discrepancies.
– Liaise with our factories as necessary, utilizing appropriate channels.
– Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all information is up to date.
– Perform general office administrative duties as required.
– Support and assist our customers and dealers both internally and externally.
Experience Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work well with people at all levels, fostering positive relationships.
– Reliable and committed, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
– Ability to produce accurate work within defined timescales, demonstrating attention to detail.
– Professional and confident telephone manner.
– Empathetic and skilled problem solver, efficiently managing day-to-day queries and enquiries.
– IT competent with good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word as a minimum requirement.
– A Level or equivalent education background.
– Some office/call centre experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
