We have an incredible opportunity for a Client Servicing Administrator to join our reputable financial advisory firm based in Whiteley, Fareham

This is a 6-month temporary role, full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £13/hour.

As a Client Servicing Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and coordinating the success of the financial advisors.

Your role will involve providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of existing business.

We are looking for someone that has worked in a finance business previously.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering up-to-date information, preparing for advisor client review meetings, and updating systems accurately.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with advisors, colleagues, and clients to ensure consistent and excellent client service.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong personal organisational skills and prioritisation abilities will help you effectively manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Your communication skills will also be crucial, as you’ll interact and influence effectively through various communication methods.
