Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational activities, including customer service and warehouse functions.

• Work with the Senior Branch Manager to manage budgets and maintain effective cost control.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge and compliance with H&S regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and adjusting service levels accordingly.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and improve operational performance and effectiveness.
• Provide direction, feedback, and resources to team members, recognising excellence and addressing areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: College/University level.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent position.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong customer focus.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and reporting methods.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
