You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Manager and support various projects to drive the company’s success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations and coordination.
- Using marketing analytics techniques to gather valuable data from social media, web analytics, rankings, and more.
- Assisting in the organisation and management of a wide range of projects coordinated by the Marketing Manager.
- Conducting market research, analysing reports, and gathering feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Managing advertising and PR schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Updating spreadsheets and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Assisting in the organisation of trade shows and events, and attending them to ensure their success.
- Supporting the delivery of traditional and digital campaigns.
- Preparing and delivering promotional presentations to support the sales teams.
- Helping to manage the company’s online social media channels and creating engaging content.
- Ensuring the company’s website content is regularly updated.
- Copywriting for marketing literature, including brochures, press releases, and customer success stories.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with different teams within the company and building strong relationships with customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing computer software, and online application tools is essential.
- Experience with OneDrive, CRM tools, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other relevant platforms is highly desirable.
- A CIM or marketing qualification would be a plus but NOT essential
