Role
Working with an exciting and growing team to help increase revenue and customer retention. The role will be a mixture of securing new customers and increasing sales revenue with existing customers. As well as helping maintain excellent customer relationships and increase brand awareness and the reputation of the products and services, including exception levels of industry expertise and customer support.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Follow up incoming sales leads.
- Account management calls with existing customers.
- Upsell other modules to existing customers.
- Proactively securing new customers and new business.
- Carry out online demonstrations, when required, with potential or existing customers.
- Help to reactivate lost or dormant accounts.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
- Accurately record and update CRM system with all relevant activity and communications.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and directives.
You will either have sales experience or exceptional customer service eperience
Comfortable with new software
Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential
