We are seeking a talented Internal Sales Coordinator to join the team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to the key customers.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will provide proactive and professional support to our customers through phone and email communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing timely and accurate information, handling sales enquiries, and processing orders.

Key Details:

Full-time position

35 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 working hours

No requirement to work on bank holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and professional support to customers through phone and email communication channels
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales and Customer Service teams to manage existing customer accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distribution customers, addressing their enquiries, processing orders, and providing quotations
  • Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer queries, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Log and track customer enquiries and quote requests using software systems such as CRM and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with the Technical team to gather relevant pricing, delivery, design, and technical data for customer enquiries
  • Proactively build and nurture customer relationships to increase sales potential

Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 is essential
